The Chat feature is your direct line to fans—built for real conversations, stronger connections, and smarter sales.

The Chat feature lets you talk directly with your fans, without any restrictions. It’s the place to build real relationships and sell premium content.

The chat is divided into two main sections: your Conversations Overview and Individual Chats.

All Conversations

When you open the Chat tab, you’ll see a list of all your conversations—just like on Instagram. From here, you can:

• Filter: Show only specific messages, such as unread ones.

• Search: Quickly find a conversation with a specific fan.

Individual Conversations

Inside any specific conversation, you'll find three tabs: the chat itself, the shared media gallery, and detailed information about the fan.
