Tracking links are a powerful feature that, when set up correctly, help you monitor the performance of your traffic and revenue.

You’ll be able to analyze where your visitors come from, what generates revenue, and focus your efforts on what works best.

Tip: We recommend creating a unique tracking link for each traffic source. For example: one for your Instagram bio, another for your Twitter profile, etc.

Create a New Tracking Link

To create your first tracking link, go to the “More” section, click on the Tools icon, select “Tracking Links", then click “Create New” and follow the steps.

1

Give a Name

Give your link a short internal name so you can easily identify it later.

2

Add Tags*

Add tags to organize and group your tracking links.

3

Customize the URL*

Customize the end of your link (e.g., app.breeve.io/custom-name).

Note: The custom URL cannot be edited once created.

4

Link to Lists*

Automatically add users to one or more custom lists when they click your tracking link.

This is a powerful feature, allowing you to for example:

  • Exclude these lists from other tools (e.g., Mass Messages)

  • Personalize your communication — in the chat, select “Info” to see which list a fan came from and adapt your message accordingly

Many other use cases can be explore, depending on your needs. ç

5

Add a Note

Include any internal notes for your own reference to stay organized.

Mange Tracking Links

Active & Archived

On the main Tracking Links page, you’ll find all your links, divided into two categories: Active and Archived.

  • Active links are currently in use and collecting statistics.

  • Archived links are those you’ve chosen to disable. They appear under the "Past" tab, no longer collect new data, but still redirect users to your profile.

Note: Once a link is archived, it cannot be reactivated.

Edit & Copy

Still on the main Tracking Links page, you can click on any link to open its dedicated details page. From there, you have two main actions:

  • Copy Tracking Link: Instantly copy the link for sharing.

  • Edit Tracking Link: Update the link's name, tag, or associated list.

Basic Metrics

On the main Tracking Links page—or on the details page of any individual link—you’ll see basic metrics for each link:

  • Click Count: How many times the link was clicked.

  • Subscription Count: Number of new subscribers acquired through the link.

This provides a quick snapshot of each link’s performance without digging deeper.

Advanced Metrics

For deeper insights, click "See More Analytics" on any link’s page to view detailed analytics and graphs, including:

Global Performance

  • Clicks: Total number of times the link was clicked.

  • Interested Viewers: Users who visited your profile via the link.

  • Subscribers: Number of new subscribers gained through the link.

Earnings

  • New Earnings: Net revenue after platform commission.

  • Gross Earnings: Total revenue generated.

  • Type: Breakdown of earnings by payment method.

You can also view the overall performance of all your tracking links in the Analytics section, under the Tracking tab.
