The Info tab acts like your personal CRM for each fan. You can track your relationship, add notes so you never forget key details, view your total earnings from that fan, and more.
When kept up to date, it can significantly boost the revenue you generate from each fans.
Add private notes to keep track of useful details about the fan (preferences, previous conversations, etc.). Click Edit, type your note, then Save—it’ll only be visible to you 📝
See which custom lists the fan belongs to (VIPs, high spenders, etc.). To add them to a list, click the 👤➕ icon, then select an existing list or create a new one.
Displays the total amount the fan has spent on your profile—across subscriptions, tips, and Pay-Per-View. A quick way to spot your top supporters 💸
Shows the current relationship status of the user:
Subscriber: Actively subscribed
Former subscriber: Subscription expired
Interested: Visited your profile recently
Great for knowing how warm the lead is and how to follow up.
View the last date the fan made a payment to your account—whether via tip, subscription, or PPV 📅
This section gives you a detailed view of the fan’s Pay-Per-View behavior:
Buy Rate: The percentage of PPV content they’ve unlocked.
Average Price: What they typically spend per PPV.
Max Price: The highest amount they’ve paid for a single PPV.
Min Price: The lowest amount they’ve paid.
These insights help you better understand their spending habits—so you can tailor your pricing and offers to match their behavior and maximize conversions 💶
